Prevention – managing the impact of compliance on the student’s experience:
.....• A proactive solution in reacting to compliance issues identified at audit;
.....• Determining the impact or potential impact that compliance issues with Marketing, Training and Assessment, and Trainer Assessor ‘qualifications’ may have had on past student performance;
.....• Strategies to overcome the impact on past, current and future students; and
.....• Action planning time frames and informing the regulator.
'Self-assurance' and how it is achieved to confirm compliance:
.....• Audit methodologies that focus on quality outcomes and self-assurance as part of an RTOs quality management system;
.....• Self-assurance as a tool for ongoing continuous improvement;
.....• How to implement the process in a manner that may be different to internal audit or internal review processes;
.....• Training staff to manage the self-assurance process and the benefits to be gained; and
.....• Achieving the ‘Keys to the Treasure Chest’.
