- In the event than business that applies for Corporate or Associate membership does not complete the joining process, they will be invoiced for the full non-member rate.
- Free tickets are not redeemable for a discount at this or other events or for cash.
- Cancellations received before 15 January 2020 are refunded in full less a $38.50 administration fee. Cancellations after that date are not refundable.
