Through the 'Skills First' program the Victorian Government makes a considerable investment in vocational education and training with independent Registered Training Organisations (RTOs). This is your opportunity to hear from the Hon. Gayle Tierney MLC, the Minister for Training and Skills about her vision for skills funding in the state.
Across Victoria, independent Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) supports around 882,000 students in vocational education and training. It’s in this context that the commitment of Minister Tierney to ensuring a contestable market for vocational education and training is important.
This is your opportunity to hear directly from the Minister concerning her thoughts on key issues that impact the work of independent RTOs.

This event will be hosted by Mr Andrew Shea, the ITECA Victorian Chair, a national ITECA Director and also the Chair of the AISC Education Industry Reference Committee.
